Our Rates Monday - Thursday $55.00/hr** All Day $550.00** Friday, Saturday, Sunday $65.00/hr** All Day Friday, Saturday or Sunday $650.00** Holiday Rates same as Weekend - 4 hour minimum. Day pricing available! *Please include an additional $75** setup/cleanup fee that is mandatory for all rentals on an hourly rate up to 8 hours. Over 8 hours it's $100**, and $150** for our all day rentals. Rescheduling Policy: Any event that is rescheduled to a date other than the one originally booked will be subject to a $75 rescheduling fee. **All pricing subject to 6% sales tax Rentals include tables and chairs, audio/video system, kitchenette and a private bathroom.
